We will take care of finding the right home for you based in your search criteria. The duration of this process largely depends on your specific preferences and how selective you are. We estimate a realistic timeframe of approximately 2 months for the most selective people, and as fast as 10 days for someone who is in a rush. Rest assured, we will strive to find you a home in the shortest time frame achievable. We will handle the legwork involved in apartment research, including searching for apartments that meet your requirements, talking with agents, ensuring the rental contract is fair and legal, taking care of setting up utilities and Wifi and even contacting “handy-men” if needed.
Our goal is to streamline the process, so you can simply move into your new home.
Remember, we work for you – not for real estate agencies or landlords. This means you can trust us to advocate for your interests and secure the best possible outcome for you.
how it works
1. Send us a briefing email where you will provide your preferences and requirements.
2. Apartment selection: Once you have compiled a list of potential properties that you like, you will send them to us for review. We will check that they really meet your criteria and after you confirm the apartments you’re interested in, we will reach out to the real estate agencies and schedule visits at your convenience.
3. Apartment visits: Here, you have two options based on the level of support you prefer: you can visit them yourself or we can do it on your behalf -based on our availability. Visits are paid separately (100€ per visit).
4. Contract review: Once you’ve found your ideal apartment, we will read the contract before you sign it and provide guidance and support throughout the negotiation and signing process.
5. Utilities and maintenance: To ensure a smooth transition, we will help you set up essential utilities such as gas, water, and electricity. Additionally, if you require any home maintenance services, such as refurbishments or painting, we can connect you with reliable technicians.
6. Move-in: Finally, once all the necessary arrangements are in place, you can simply move into your new home and start enjoying it!
