I was thrilled to receive my approval in such a short time—only about 15 days after submission! If you're considering applying for a Digital Nomad Visa in Spain, I cannot recommend Claudia and her team highly enough. Their expertise and dedication truly set them apart.
Thank you so much for everything!
Beyond her expertise, she is kind and genuinely cares about her clients, which made a stressful transition feel much more manageable. If you’re looking for an attorney who is professional, communicative, and dedicated to your success, she is the perfect choice. I’m truly grateful for her help and wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again!
Claudia helped resolve these uncertainties and this gave me the confidence to apply. She also checked my documents and handled the application process and all correspondence with the Spanish authority.
I was unfortunate in applying when they had just changed requirements around apostilles, I was unable to supply the required additional documents in time and so I was initially rejected. At the time this was frustrating, but I don't believe there was anything that Claudia or I could have done differently.
Claudia did not charge me her full fee to re-apply one year later, and now I have the visa, valid for three years, which was my initial goal.
I would recommend Claudia to anyone wanting to apply who needs some reassurance, and/or is not willing to spend additional time and energy interacting directly with the Spanish Authority.
I believe her fees are fair, especially in comparison to some of the quotes I received from immigration lawyers charging over 1000 EUR.
She can come across as quite relaxed, which was not totally reassuring at times, but what matters is she gets the job done and has more experience in this process than you do. This is valuable given that this is a relatively new process with requirements that can be unclear and liable to change.
And finally, she's a nice person who cares about people!
This is despite the fact that i had a bit of a complicated scenario. The entire process of documentation was done completely online and she created special folders on google drive so we dont miss out any document. Not only did she review the documents and gave feedback where necessary, she was also thinking ahead and was preparing any additional documents that might be required incase a request comes from the authorities (thankfully no additional documents were required because the case got approved in record time).
I must add that Claudia and her team are true professionals. She is always going out of her way to find a solution or offer additional help (She helped booked a TIE appointment for me and did the documentation for that as well).
For anyone thats thinking about applying for the DNV, I would highly recommend Claudia.
Thank you Again
She is definitely the best and she knows every small detail about her work and how to eliminate any thing could cause a refusal for the application, Also she is well equipped with a guideline before applying and after applying and she helped with the translation, I highly recommend Claudia and Groovy Relocation for anyone looking for a digital nomad visa or digital nomad residence permit, Don’t waste time just contact those professionals!
